As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead one of the teams at the heart of that evolution — building the core product experiences millions of people rely on every day.
As we continue to scale our products and teams, we're looking for an Engineering Manager who can help raise the bar for execution, craft and team culture.
As an Engineering Manager, you will own the delivery and quality of one of our engineering teams, working closely with the Head of Engineering, product and design to ensure ambitious work ships at the standard we hold across the company. You'll also be responsible for the people on your team — helping them grow, giving clear and honest feedback, and playing an active role in finding and hiring engineers who raise the bar.
What you will do
Lead your team's planning process, translating product goals into clear, well-scoped work.
Own your team's execution cadence, creating a culture of accountability and momentum.
Collaborate closely with product and design to align on scope, timelines and trade-offs.
Identify and mitigate risks early, and help your team navigate blockers and complex challenges.
Foster a culture of strong technical judgment, collaboration and high-quality execution within your team.
Manage and mentor engineers at varying levels of seniority, running regular 1:1s focused on growth, feedback and career development.
Partner with the Head of Engineering on hiring needs, and take an active role in sourcing, interviewing and closing exceptional engineering talent.
You should have
Experience as a software engineer, with a strong technical foundation you can draw on when guiding your team.
At least 2 years of experience managing engineers, including regular 1:1s, performance conversations and career development.
A track record of leading planning and delivery for a product engineering team.
A deep understanding of modern software engineering and product development practices.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire excellence through collaboration, directness and high standards.
