Professional experience in mechanical and hydraulic design within the RoRo segment

A university degree in engineering, finance, or a similar field, though equivalent practical experience is just as valuable to us

At least 5 years of leadership experience within merchant, energy, or industrial services

A proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in complex projects with solid P&L responsibility

Good business acumen and a solid understanding of merchant service operations, aftermarket services, or engineering solutions

Strong communication skills in English, an analytical mindset, and a positive, flexible attitude toward daily problem-solving and organizational changes
