About the role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your main responsibility is to translate what we build into communication that drives both new business and deeper product adoption, from go-to-market campaigns that generate pipeline to in-app messages that help customers get real value.
This isn't a role where you write briefs and hand them off. You'll be close to the product, close to customers, and close to the commercial engine. You'll be joining an engaged marketing team that operates across the Nordics and Benelux, moves fast, takes ownership, and cares about doing things well, and there's plenty of room to make your mark here.
What a strong first year looks like
You've built a clear in-product communication framework that the Product team actually uses. You've run go-to-market for at least two major product launches end to end. Sales has messaging they're confident in. And you have a solid read on what Talentech's most important customer segments actually care about, and how to reach them.
What you'll be doing
- Own our in-product communication strategy end to end — plan, write, and optimise in-app messages, onboarding flows, and feature communications together with the Product team
- Turn product launches, updates, and customer stories into campaigns and content that generate real pipeline
- Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging across the product portfolio
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches — from strategy and messaging through to execution
- Work closely with Sales to give them the materials and messaging they need to have better conversations
- Collaborate with Customer Success to understand where customers get real value — and where they don't
- Build scalable ways of working for product marketing at Talentech
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS role
- Hands-on experience writing and shipping in-app messages, onboarding flows, or product adoption campaigns, experience with Userflow, Intercom, or similar is a plus
- A track record of contributing to lead generation — you understand how product marketing connects to pipeline, not just awareness
- Strong ability to understand complex products and communicate them simply without losing what makes them good
- Strong writing in English — clear, direct, and human
- Experience working closely with product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Structured and self-driven, you're comfortable building process where little exists
- Background in HR tech, recruitment tech, or B2B SaaS is a plus
