As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time, and to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a central role in driving customer projects from kick-off through delivery.
The Role
As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects forward while ensuring that the right people, skills, and resources are available internally to meet project objectives.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and strong project leadership. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and priorities.
In a smaller company environment, you will have significant responsibility and influence, helping shape both our project execution processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning activities and facilitate collaboration across disciplines and departments
Background and qualifications
Experience within industrial equipment, process industries, automation, energy, chemicals, gas handling, or manufacturing
You are a structured and proactive project leader who enjoys taking ownership and creating clarity in complex technical environments. You are comfortable interacting with customers, engineers, and management alike, and you have a natural ability to keep projects moving forward while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
