About the role

You'll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating, and developing your team toward set goals
Ensuring guests always get the highest level of service and quality
Planning, organizing, and following up on restaurant operations
Driving sales and profitability through clear KPIs
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
Scheduling, staff budget, and work environment
Making sure guidelines and routines are followed to Taco Bell's standards
We're looking for someone who
Has proven experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or in a similar leadership role within restaurant, QSR, café, or retail
Is a natural leader who can inspire and build engagement in their team
Is structured, results-focused, and used to working toward set goals
Communicates well and can handle both guests and staff professionally
Is flexible and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
