Main Duties
Researching and arranging:
⦁ Travel bookings.
⦁ Restaurant reservations.
⦁ Club and entertainment bookings.
⦁ Health & beauty requests.
⦁ Gift ideas.
⦁ Tickets for sports, theatre, concerts, and more.
⦁ Managing intensive phone and email correspondence.
⦁ Handling all incoming lifestyle and leisure-related requests and inquiries from Members in accordance with the company’s “Golden Rules of Member Assistance.”
⦁ Delivering exceptional, highly personalized service while building long-term relationships with our Members.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
⦁ Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written) – required
⦁ Excellent written and spoken English.
⦁ Good working knowledge of Swedish or Danish.
⦁ Based in Stockholm, as the role requires regular attendance at our Stockholm office.
⦁ Understanding of luxury lifestyles, client expectations, needs, and preferences.

The Role
The role is based at our office in central Stockholm. It is primarily phone- and email-based but also includes occasional meetings with clients and partners. A good knowledge of the Scandinavian market is essential.
