Customer Success & Support Representative (Fluent Danish & Swedish Required)

We’re looking for a motivated and service-minded Customer Success & Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Danish and Swedish team and directly with our customers to ensure they succeed with Muntra from day one.
What you’ll do
- Provide hands-on support and training so customers get the most out of our tools
- Be the first point of contact for customer questions and troubleshoot issues with empathy and accuracy
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights with our product and tech teams to continuously improve Muntra
- Guide new clinics through onboarding and implementation of Muntra’s platform
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive check-ins and support
- Help refine and scale our onboarding, training, and support processes as we grow
Who you are
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building trust
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English (additional Nordic languages are a plus)
- A great communicator who is patient, clear, and supportive
- Tech-curious with an interest in healthcare and digital solutions (nice to have)
- Organized, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-growing startup environment
