We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Stockholm.
You’ll play a big part in taking Steep from a fast-growing Nordic startup to a global category-defining company. You’ll join a smart, high-performing team that truly loves what we do. Our product is loved, and we have great momentum. But we’re just getting started, and we want you to help shape the journey.

Real impact: your work directly drives pipeline, revenue and global expansion
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- Turn intent signals (site visits, webinar/product signups, social media activity etc.) into pipeline
- Together with GTM leadership, build and execute campaigns targeting well defined ICP accounts
- Write, test and iterate messaging that cuts through the noise
- Use AI tools, automation and data to move faster and better
- Measure what matters, analyse outcomes, learn and improve
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership. We build together
- Learn fast, succeed and step into new roles and responsibilities within 12 months
- Exceptionally driven and curious person
- Excellent English writing and speaking
- A+ communicator: email, call, video, LinkedIn. You get people to respond
- Tech-savvy and experimental mindset (you’ll build systems, automations, workflows)
- 1–3 years experience in sales, consulting, GTM, or similar
- Experience from the data/analytics industry is preferred, but not a hard requirement
- Mindset over background
- Ambition to take more responsibility and grow into other GTM roles (i.e Account Executive, GTM Engineer, BDR Team Lead, Partnerships et.c)
