PAYROLL SPECIALIST – EOR / PAYROLL PROVIDER
We will prioritise candidates with strong, hands-on payroll experience, particularly within EOR or payroll provider environments. Profiles with a primary focus on HR combined with payroll will be less relevant for this role.
LOCATION
Remote, based in Europe. We are particularly focusing on candidates located in the UK, Spain, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Poland.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on payroll specialist with experience in outsourced payroll environments and Employer of Record (EOR) setups.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you will work closely with payroll data, external providers, and internal stakeholders on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running and coordinating end-to-end payroll processes across several European countries
Working closely with external payroll providers and EOR partners on a day-to-day basis
Preparing, checking, and validating payroll data (salaries, bonuses, benefits, time data, deductions)
Reviewing payroll reports and following up on inconsistencies or errors
Supporting monthly payroll cycles to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Handling employee-related payroll queries in collaboration with HR and providers
Ensuring compliance with local regulations by following established processes and guidelines
Supporting documentation, reporting, and payroll audits
Assisting in improving payroll workflows and day-to-day coordination with external vendors
PROFILE
We are looking for a hands-on payroll professional who enjoys working with details, data, and processes in an international environment.
You are comfortable working operationally with payroll while coordinating with different stakeholders and external providers.
You likely have:
Practical experience working with payroll on a day-to-day basis
Experience working with payroll providers and/or Employer of Record (EOR) solutions
Good understanding of payroll processes and basic compliance requirements
Experience working in a multi-country or international environment
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
A service-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners
Confidence working independently in a remote setup
(Near) native-level English, both written and spoken. Other languages are beneficial.
Location: Europe preferred, but other locations will be considered for the right candidate

SALARY & RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The salary for this role is approximately €45,000–€50,000 per year, depending on experience and location. A local employment contract will be provided in your country of residence, in line with local regulations.
The process includes an initial meeting with Karin at Beyondo, followed by one to two interviews with the client.
