Job Description
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of company products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, value, operational efficiency, workplace safety, and on-time delivery while leading and developing the warehouse team.

Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics

Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, identify and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, accuracy, inventory value, and cost

Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams, maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP system
Strong leadership and team work acumen, analytical behavior, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a requirement.
