We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team, based in South Sweden or Denmark. You will have a qualification in mechanical | electrical | mechatronics | bioengineering or equivalent experience.

If you are an experienced service engineer of laboratory or medical equipment, this could be your next challenge. We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to help us install and service market leading specialist equipment such as live cell imaging systems, Flow Cytometry equipment, and molecular devices. These instruments are used in a variety of laboratories dealing with cell culture and molecular research. We are looking for a competent and experienced engineer, with a strong customer care focus.

You will ideally be based either in Southern Sweden or Denmark and must be willing to travel throughout the region on a regular basis.

What you will accomplish together with us

Travel to customer sites to install equipment.

Train customers on the use and operation of instruments.

Service and maintain complex mechanical systems.

Assist with resolving IT issues and software updates.

Collaborate with technical, logistics, engineering, and support teams.

Help customers and get feedback from them.

What will convince us

A qualification in mechanical | electrical | mechatronics | bioengineering or equivalent experience.

Excellent mechanical/ electrical and IT skills.

Previous experience in a similar role with laboratory or medical equipment is desirable.

Strong customer focus with great communication skills.

Organisational skills, with ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule.

Fluent in English.

Willingness to travel.

In order to commence working with us, the successful candidate will need the right to work in the EU.
