We are looking for a freight forwarding colleague to join our Air Freight Department in Stockholm.

About the Position:
As an Air Freight Forwarder, you will have overall control of the customer's freight flows and work daily with customers and suppliers throughout the process, from booking to final invoicing. You will have regular international contacts within the GEODIS network, collaborating with colleagues in other countries, customer representatives, and agents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and booking transport according to customer orders.
- Actively working to provide our customers with the best service experience.
- Delivery monitoring.
- Issuing transport documents.
- Invoicing and cost control.
- Handling price inquiries.
Contributing to the team's development and the improvement of work methods, routines, and processes.
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone who wants to continue developing within freight forwarding together with us and help deliver first-class service to our customers! Ideally, you have a few years of experience working with air freight forwarding, export, and import. Knowledge of transport regulations and restrictions is an advantage. Training in dangerous goods and lithium batteries is also beneficial. Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding is meritorious. Swedish and English are used daily in the role, so you must be fluent in both spoken and written forms.
