- Is the customer contact person whenever established business processes need to be changed or automated
- Take responsibility for the functional and technical processing of the projects
- Support the customer in the formulation of requirements and convert them into high level and low level specifications.
- Support the development team in the implementation of requirements and act as a moderator between all parties involved throughout the entire development process.
- Lead expert meetings and moderate workshops
- Document the project process and carry out port mortems at the end of the project
- At least three years of experience as a solution architect with ServiceNow projects
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its selected modules
- Extensive experience with the automation within one or many of the process areas: ITSM, CSM, HR, IRM, ITOM
- Experienced and trustworthy in customer interaction
- Team player who is willing to take responsibility and lead a project team
- ITIL 4 certification
- ServiceNow certifications
- Fluent in Swedish and English
