Reporting to the IT Director, our new Senior IT System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and developing IT infrastructure solutions. This will be done in collaboration with the wider IT team and key stakeholders. We are looking for a technical problem-solver with a wide area of expertise across Windows, Linux, and Mac. Manage our IAM environment in Okta, Entra/Azure and Active Directory - implement workflows, SSO applications, manage GPOs cloud policys and user lifecycle
Setup and manage devices and profiles in our MDM tools like Intune and Kandji/Iru – Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android
Administer enterprise storage platforms - Dell PowerScale, PowerStore, HP Nimble, and IBM FlashSystem
Monitor infrastructure health and availability — maintain dashboards, alerting, and log aggregation, and respond to infrastructure incidents
