Emberlin is Frantzén Group's interpretation of a grill restaurant – a glamorous, high-energy destination with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The generous à la carte menu ranges from an extensive crudo selection to dishes from the grill, where carefully selected cuts of meat, fish and poultry are cooked over an open fire.
As a member of the opening team, you will play an important role in bringing Emberlin to life. From the very beginning, you will help establish the standards, routines and culture that will define the kitchen for years to come, working alongside an ambitious and experienced team committed to exceptional craftsmanship and hospitality.
As a Chef de partie at Emberlin, you are responsible for running your section during service and ensuring every dish meets the quality, consistency and attention to detail our guests expect.
You will work closely with our Sous Chefs and kitchen leadership in a collaborative environment where teamwork, precision and a high level of ambition are part of everyday service. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop within a professional kitchen and contribute to building a new restaurant from day one.
