We bring Digital Asset Management (DAM), an Online Video Platform (OVP), and Brand Management together in one place, so organizations can move faster, stay consistent, and keep their content secure across teams, markets, and channels. Today, we work with 1000+ organizations across Northern Europe, spanning both ambitious mid-market companies and large enterprises in the private and public sector. We're now growing our presence in Norway, and we're looking for someone to build pipeline, win new customers, and help shape how we go to market in the region.
As our New Business Account Manager for the Norwegian market, you’ll be responsible for building Mediaflow’s presence in Norway by owning the full sales cycle - from first outreach to signed deal, and work closely with Marketing, Product Development and Customer Success. You’ll focus on acquiring new customers in Norway and developing a predictable pipeline through smart outbound and strong deal execution. You’ll also be part of a dedicated Norway sales team, working together towards a shared budget and targets.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner motions, and inbound leads
Run discovery calls and map customer needs to business outcomes
Lead product demos and coordinate technical/product support when needed
Drive structured sales processes - qualification, stakeholder management, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
Team up with Marketing on campaigns and events, and hand new customers over to CS smoothly once you've closed the deal
Shape the account plan and territory strategy for Norway
You're consistently building pipeline, with clear weekly activity and conversions to show for it. You've closed your first new logos in Norway - customers who are a genuinely good fit. Your forecasting is something the team can trust, and you're working closely with the rest of us on how we package, talk about value, and tell customer stories. In short: you've helped accelerate our Norwegian growth journey, and you've taken real ownership doing it.
You’re a high-energy, structured closer who enjoys creating opportunities and running complex B2B sales cycles. You’re comfortable with outbound, curious in discovery, and sharp in how you communicate value.
2–6+ years in B2B new business sales (SaaS a plus)
Proven ability to prospect and close deals (mid-market and/or enterprise)
Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach
Confidence in running demos and engaging multiple stakeholders
Great written and spoken communication in Norwegian and English
A structured way of working with CRM and pipeline management
Experience selling MarTech, DAM, CMS, workflow, or brand/content management tools
Public sector sales experience in Norway
Experience with public procurement processes and tender submissions
Experience working with partners and resellers
A strong product with clear customer value and a growing market demand
