Onshore Customer Project Execution (CPX) Non-Conformity Management
Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and handover of wind turbines to our customers—delivered on time and in line with agreed quality standards.
A key part of our work involves managing non-conformities (NCs) that may arise during construction and installation. We proactively coordinate the necessary materials, technical expertise, and stakeholder actions required to resolve issues efficiently and minimize project risks.
We operate in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and site operations to:
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery
Effectively manage and control non-conformity-related costs
Our overall objective is to support a successful and profitable project handover, balancing operational excellence with strong financial performance.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with global and local processes, standards, and instructions
Manage the end-to-end non-conformity (NC) lifecycle in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation and data consistency
Maintain complete documentation to enable effective NC handling and cost recovery
Coordinate material handling, including ordering and logistics for spare parts and repair solutions Monitor and follow up on deliveries, repairs, and on-site execution to ensure timely resolution
Track, manage, and ensure accurate booking of NC-related costs through to financial closure
Collaborate with Project Management and Customer Project Execution teams to prioritize and resolve NCs efficiently
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), with recent graduates encouraged to apply
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills (beneficial)
Experience or exposure to quality control and/or the wind industry (nice to have)
Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems (nice to have)
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and quality tools (beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
