You know that bit where every company says they’re “changing the world”? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it.
Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds.
A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits.
And now, we're on a quest to find a Product Analyst.
Let us tell you about the role
As a Product Analyst at Nextory, you will turn user and product data into actionable insights that guide product development and strategic decisions. As part of our centralized data team, you will work closely with our product teams to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and improve the reading and listening experience. Your insights will help us strengthen engagement and retention while supporting sustainable growth across our markets.
Some examples of what you might be spending your time on:
Analyze user behavior, churn, retention, and engagement to guide product strategy and prioritization
Drive experimentation culture by designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B tests, and translate results into clear recommendations
Maintain and evolve product dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to track product performance
Present insights and recommendations to product and leadership teams to support data-informed decision-making
Your story so far
We believe you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy working close to digital product development, and use data to guide decisions. You take ownership, care about quality, and are driven by continuous improvement. Furthermore, we believe you have:
A relevant educational background within data, engineering, economics, or a similar field
At least 4 years of experience working with product analytics
Strong knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Google Data Studio)
Strong expertise in experimentation and A/B testing, including designing experiments, evaluating results, and working with experimentation platforms such as Confidence
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively across product, design, and leadership teams
