This position is placed at our office in Stockholm where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. You will be reporting directly to Chief Growth Officier.
You'll lead Lassie's internal brand team - leading the strategy that shapes who we are, and driving the work that brings it to life. As Brand Lead, you'll build the framework and "look & feel" behind everything Lassie does, and make sure it lands just as strongly in Stockholm as it does in Berlin or Paris. Working closely with our founders and Chief Growth Officer, you'll play a lead role in how Lassie shows up as we scale fast across Europe.
In this role you will:
- Develop and personally drive an integrated brand strategy that strengthens Lassie’s positioning, brand awareness and long-term brand equity across markets.
- Own and evolve Lassie’s brand identity, communication, and visual design, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, while allowing for local market relevance.
- Lead and actively contribute to creative development, from ideation and art direction to execution of innovative campaigns and compelling brand experiences across all online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain a centralised brand framework, translating it into scalable guidelines and toolkits for local Brand Marketing Managers.
- Work closely with local teams in Sweden, Germany and France to support market activations and ensure strong brand execution, adapting best practices for expansion and localization of the brand.
- Collaborate with Growth, CRM and Analytics teams to ensure brand initiatives support commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Experiment with new formats, channels and creative approaches to continuously strengthen Lassie’s brand presence.
- Monitor brand performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies pragmatically to drive impact in a high-growth environment.
- 7+ years of experience in B2C brand-building marketing, ideally within high-growth scale-ups or entrepreneurial environments.
- Proven experience building, evolving or re-positioning a brand, ideally across multiple European markets.
- Strong hands-on experience in brand, communication and creative development, with a portfolio of impactful campaigns.
- Proven experience in developing and growing a brand community, creating meaningful interactions with customers through tailored content, events, and social media engagement to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Experience working with lean teams and external partners.
- Expertise in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive customer engagement and long-term growth.
- Proven ability to build and scale centralised brand systems while enabling effective local execution, considering cultural differences and consumer behavior.
- In-depth understanding of market research, trend analysis and customer insights to inform brand strategies.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
