Event Hosts/ Hostesses Wanted in Malmö
Moving Talent is looking for reliable, service-minded, and professional event hosts to join our team in Malmö.
We provide staff for a wide range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events, and exclusive guest experiences. We are therefore looking for people who create a strong first impression and can be trusted to represent both Moving Talent and our clients professionally.
Your responsibilities may include
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
- Providing directions and practical information
- Registration, check-in, and guest handling
- Supporting clients and event organisers during the event
- Creating a positive and professional atmosphere
- Ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of
We imagine you are
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Calm and professional in busy environments
- Comfortable communicating with many different people
- Service-minded and willing to go the extra mile
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
- Located in Malmö or live close by
- Good with communication
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, hotels, or event work is an advantage, but it is not required. Your attitude, professionalism, and reliability are most important to us.
The work is flexible and project-based, making it suitable alongside studies, another job, or freelance work. Working hours and locations will vary depending on the individual event.
