Stilta builds agentic AI for intellectual property, giving legal and IP teams software that can reason across massive document sets, surface evidence, and produce litigation-grade work faster and more reliably.
We recently raised a $10.5M seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Y Combinator and operators from companies including OpenAI, Legora, and Lovable. We already work with major IP firms and Fortune 500 companies, and we’re at the very beginning of defining what great AI-native software for intellectual property looks like.
Every deal to date has been closed by the founders - from Global Fortune 500 enterprises to some of the largest IP firms in the world. The product is proven and the pipeline is growing. What's missing is a real sales function.
You will be our first GTM hire and the person who builds the sales motion from zero. This is not a role for someone who wants to step into structure - you are the structure. You will run AI-powered outbound at scale, iterate the playbook in real time alongside the founders, and turn a working pipeline into a repeatable engine.
What you will do
Run AI-native outbound - leverage Claude, AI research tools, and modern sales stack to generate qualified pipeline at a scale that wouldn't be possible without it
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for IP law firms and enterprise IP teams
Iterate on and improve the sales playbook alongside the founders
Run demos for senior patent attorneys and heads of IP
Cultivate relationships with key prospects (incl. travel to clients)
Build the sales infrastructure - CRM, pipeline tracking, forecasting - so this function scales well beyond you
What we are looking for
AI-native operator - you don't just use AI tools, you build with them. Outbound, research, prep, qualification - your workflow is automated where it can be and high-touch where it matters. We're an AI company and our GTM has to reflect that or we lose
Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record you can walk us through with real numbers - experience selling to enterprise or professional services is a plus
You can earn the trust of sophisticated, sceptical buyers - senior patent attorneys who've heard every pitch and need substance, not slides
Builder mentality - you design systems and processes, not just close deals
Early-stage startup experience is a plus. What's required is hunger, resourcefulness, and the drive to build from zero
