We are now seeking a visionary Head of Electrical & Electronic architecture and integration who thrives at the intersection of people development and technical delivery.
Your Mission
As Head of Autonomous Vehicle Architecture and System Design, you will lead a team of skilled engineers and specialists to deliver on our commitments while building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
You will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and technical goals are met in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This reflects our commitment to Passion, Pride and Performance, where we take ownership and go the extra mile.

Key responsibilities will include:

Specify and develop the architecture and system design for the autonomous vehicle

Lead development and verification of the autonomous vehicle and the autonomy-enabled vehicle control interface

Take an active role in defining the product plan and execution for autonomy-enabled vehicles and machines

Define, own, and drive the technical roadmap for productivity, performance, and reliability

Collaborate across technology, product, solutions, and customer delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and electronic components

Build a cross-functional way of working with shared ownership between verification and development, enabling fast feedback loops and a “make it work together” mindset
