Would you like to combine international customer relationships, project leadership and data-driven solutions in a role where your work has a visible impact? At Cgrain, you will help customers gain the greatest possible value from technology that makes grain quality inspection more efficient and reliable.
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of customer projects from onboarding and model development to implementation and long-term follow-up. You will join a small, international business where priorities can evolve quickly and where your ideas can help shape how we work as we grow.
This is what you will do
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers and helping them achieve measurable value from Cgrain’s instruments and models. You will manage a portfolio of projects, and lead both shorter implementation projects and longer-running customer initiatives.
You will guide customer projects through model development and implementation. As the customer’s strategic contact and trusted advisor, you will lead customer meetings, follow up on product usage and results, and ensure that each project continues to support the customer’s objectives.
A key part of the role is to identify opportunities as well as potential risks. You will proactively address challenges, develop action plans and recognise opportunities for expanded cooperation, additional solutions or contract renewals. You will also gather customer feedback and work closely with colleagues in product, sales and support to turn insights into improvements.
In addition, you will document and develop customer processes, ways of working and customer data in our CRM system. As Cgrain continues to develop, you will contribute to shaping our Customer Success strategy and creating scalable processes for the future.
You will work primarily with our global customer base. International travel is therefore part of the role, with the extent adapted in dialogue with your manager. The position is based at Cgrain in Uppsala, and the hiring manager is Veronica Ehrström Eklöf, Product & Development Manager at Cgrain.
