As a Software Engineer at Nordiska, you’ll help shape system architecture, deliver complex features, and write high-quality code - building embedded finance where banking meets tech. As a Software Engineer, you will primarily work with Nordiska Embedded. We combine the best of two worlds - at our core, we’re a stable, regulated bank paired with a product-tech mentality that thrives on agility, curiosity, and innovation. As Nordiska expands into new markets, onboards new customers, builds new products and features - you work closely with the Tech Lead and Lead Engineer to set technical standards and ensure that the team’s output is robust, scalable, and secure. You’ll be an important part of modernizing systems, reducing technical debt, and are a key contributor to system architecture, complex feature development, and code quality.
