Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
- Significant leadership experience within manufacturing or process industries.
- Proven experience with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading organizational change and business transformation.
- Understanding of complex manufacturing environments where quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance are critical.
- Experience working within an international group structure.
- Aerospace, casting, metallurgical, or highly regulated industrial experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Location and travel expectations: This position is based in Hallstahammar, Sweden, therefore the applicant should be able to obtain the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations, nationally and internationally, is included in the role if necessary.
