To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious HR Manager / People & Culture who can help us build the people, culture and organisational capabilities required for sustainable global growth.
This is not a traditional HR role.
You will be a partner to the management and leadership team, helping shape the future of the organisation while building scalable people processes across multiple countries and cultures.
You will play a key role in supporting international expansion, strengthening our employer brand, attracting world-class talent, and creating an environment where people can perform, innovate, and thrive.

Support international mobility, work permits, and visa processes.
Manage employee relations and HR governance.
Support organisational changes and transformation initiatives.
We're looking for a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building organisations.
7–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience from:
Experience supporting scale-up companies through rapid growth
Experience working internationally and across multiple cultures
Strong business understanding and ability to translate business goals into people strategies
Experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development
Strong understanding of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices
Excellent communication skills in English
