BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site IT Support Techniker in Sweden.
The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
a) Provide onsite first/second-level IT support to 300+ users across a manufacturing environment.
b) Install, configure, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices and Microsoft 365 applications.
c) Support and troubleshoot business-critical systems including SAP, GFOS, and DOXIS.
d) Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and closure.
e) Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
f) Provide direct, hands-on support to German-speaking shop floor users, communicating clearly in both German andEnglish.
g) Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams or vendors, and follow up to ensure resolution.
h) Perform general preventative maintenance and basic asset/inventory tracking for IT equipment.
i) Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes for knowledge sharing.
j) Support IT-related tasks during projects, system rollouts, or plant-floor changes as required
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
Good understanding of Windows environments and basic macOS support
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Requirements
Valid work permit for Sweden (mandatory)
Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
Strong communication and documentation skills
Local Language B2 level needed
