In this role, you will partner with project teams and management, supporting complex international projects from both a financial and business perspective. You will turn numbers into meaningful insights that help improve project profitability and decision-making. You will collaborate with project managers to control project costs, estimates, risks, opportunities, and foreign currency exposure.
You will challenge and support project managers in budgeting, forecasting, project establishment, recognition plans, and other financial matters .
You will prepare monthly project and P&L reporting, provide insightful analysis to management, and contribute to the development of tools, processes, and ways of working.
You have a master's degree in finance , Business Administration, or another relevant field, with a solid understanding of project financials.
You have strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and other financial systems.
You are a proactive and business-minded finance professional who does not wait for things to happen; you make them happen. You take ownership, drive actions forward, and are comfortable stepping into discussions where you need to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and guide project teams toward stronger business outcomes.
You enjoy working closely with others and building strong relationships across the organization, but you are equally comfortable working independently when decisions need to be made.
