- 3–7 years of relevant experience within Business Control, Management Consulting, Transaction Services, Audit, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in understanding business drivers.
- Experience from a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience from BI and planning tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
