We are now looking for a manager for the CRM Application Development team, to lead a critical part of this transformation: shaping the CRM capabilities across multiple markets. Our CRM landscape is evolving, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a key platform going forward, integrated with existing solutions and internal services.

As manager of the CRM Application Development team, you will be an Engineering Team Manager accountable for the IT Assets, people and engineering practices connected to our CRM applications. Your mission is to lead a team of CRM Developers, Java Developers and Business experts based in Germany and Sweden, and to ensure robust IT asset ownership (including lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability). You will report to Head of Channels & CRM Engineering.
