About this vacancy

We are strengthening TMC Automotive and are looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you will drive the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right projects, the right clients, and sustainable development. With us, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you have significant authority. We don't dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.

What we expect from you

This is a role for someone who: - Drives B2B sales methodically and with a long-term perspective - Takes full responsibility from start to finish: prospect deal delivery relationship - Builds trust at the decision-maker level - Works closely with employeneurs and ensures that projects align with both business and career goals - Has full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment - Drives yourself without the need for micromanagement - Thrives in building rather than maintaining - Has an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset - Experience in consulting or professional services companies is an advantage, especially in roles close to complex client deliveries - We assume that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
