We are now looking for Manager for the Global HRIS team to our headquarters in Solna.
You will be leading of our new Global HRIS team with the purpose to enable scalable, reliable and data-driven HR processes across Billerud by owning HR systems, master data, integrations and AI enablement globally. The team consists of four HRIS Systems Specialists, two in Sweden and two in USA.
As a Manager for the Global HRIS team you will be overall accountable for that Billerud’s HR systems are governed, aligned, and scalable globally, providing a single HRIS foundation. You will also be responsible for driving the technology development and utilization within Billerud’s HR function globally.
Your main tasks will be:

End accountability for Billerud’ s global HRIS landscape

Setting the HRIS strategy, roadmap, and priorities together with HRLT

Technical Domain lead for HR areas

Responsible for HR system security, process narratives, SOX controls (USA)

Ensures alignment and coordination between different HR systems

Manage vendor relationships, analyze cost/benefit, and lead opportunities to maintain or reduce vendor cost and provide additional return on investment.

Leads and coordinates HRIS System Specialists

Acts as the main interface to HR leadership, other departments within HR and the Global IT organization for HRIS related questions

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

University/college degree in Information Systems and/or HR or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience from HRIS or equivalent roles in large corporations

Minimum 3 years of being people manager in a global context (preferably at least Sweden and USA)

Proven strong track record of managing change in matrix organizations
-
Deep knowledge of HR systems and their structure
-
Ability to understand Technical Processes and IT systems on a high level

Experience of Cegid HR or Dayforce is not required but experience from at least one of the systems is considered as a merit.

Proficient in Swedish & English
